1. Open to all non-GSave EzySave+ account by MayBank and/or non-GSave #UNOready account by UNOBANK registered users.
2. Only fully KYC verified GCash users are eligible for this promo.
3. Promo period is from November 1, 2023 - December 31, 2023
4. To participate, a fully KYC verified GCash user may any of the following to participate:
a) Open a new GSave EzySave+ account by Maybank account and deposit P100 after account opening to participate and earn one raffle entry.
b) Open a new GSave #UNOready account by UNOBANK and deposit P100 after account opening to participate and earn one raffle entry.
5. There will be one winner of P100,000 in the grand draw and one winner of P10,000 and two winners of P1,000 in the weekly draw.
6. GCash will draw winners on the following dates in front of a DTI representative at 11AM:
7. All non-winning raffle entries will be part of the succeeding weekly draws including the grand prize draw.
8. Winners will be announced on the GCash official Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/gcashofficial) within 10 business days of draw.
9. The winners will receive their rewards on their GCash wallet account within 30 business days after the winners have been announced on the official GCash Facebook post.
10. Winners will be notified via in-app comms and registered mail.
11. Failure to comply with any of the requirements will have the winners forfeit their winnings.
12. GCash will not redraw for forfeiture of prizes.
13. GCash will shoulder the final tax on all prizes exceeding P10,000.
14. GCash Employees and their families up to the second degree will not be allowed to join and win prizes. Suspended GCash accounts and blacklisted users will not be allowed to join and win prizes.
15. In case of dispute in respect to the GCash subscriber’s eligibility, actual SMS and in-app/external ads, etc, GCash’s decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the threat holder’s eligibility for the promo or for any redemption shall be resolved by GCash at its discretion with concurrence of DTI.
16. GCash reserves the right and has the authority to deny rewards for incorrect user data, fraudulent transactions, infringement on the terms of use, or other illegal actions as mandated by Philippine law.
