Promo Mechanics

1. Promo is open only to eligible GCash users with an activated GGives, using GGives for the first time and checking out from TikTok Shop. Users may visit gcash.com/services/ggives to learn how to activate and use GGives.

2. Users must choose GGives as their payment option for their purchase/s at TikTok Shop.

3. Users must purchase from TikTok Shop within the following promo period listed to qualify for the cashback reward:

a. Aug 7, 8, 9

b. Sept 8, 9, 10

c. Oct 9, 10, 11

d. Nov 7, 8, 9, 10, 11

e. Dec 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12

4. First-time GGives users must meet the required P3,000 minimum spend in a single checkout transaction in order to qualify for the P200 cashback. Minimum purchase amount must be reached net of any discounts provided by the merchant.

5. Each customer will only be able to avail of the cashback once.

6. The cashback is to be disbursed directly to the customer’s GCash wallets within thirty (30) business days after the monthly promo period is over.

7. Canceled or refunded bookings are not qualified for the cashback.

8. GCash reserves the right and has the authority to deny rewards for incorrect user data, fraudulent transactions, infringement on the terms of use, or other illegal actions as mandated by Philippine law.

Qualified users will receive an SMS from GCash once the cashback has been credited to their GCash wallets.

Any person or entity professionally connected with the promotion; and any person prohibited from participating in the Promotion under any statute, law, regulation, ordinance, rule, directive, guideline, policy, requirement, or other governmental restriction or any similar form of decision, or determination by, or any interpretation or administration of any of the foregoing by the Philippines or any instrumentality thereof.

GGives users with previously active GGives loans or have used GGives as a payment method previously.

Users who engage in this or any form of promo abuse will be barred from future promotional activities.

The cashback will be available in qualified customers’ GCash wallet within 30 business days after the promo period. Make sure to check your GCash transaction history to monitor if you’ve received the cashback or wait for the SMS notification to indicate the cashback has been credited to your GCash wallet. If there is no adjustment or no SMS notification, and it has been beyond 30 working days since the end of promo period, please go to help.gcash.com and submit a ticket to follow up.
