Open only to eligible GCredit customers under CIMB Bank who received an SMS, Push Notification and/or E-mail from us that contains the campaign message will be eligible for the promotion.
Eligible users will earn raffle tickets when they spend using GCredit from November 1 to December 31, 2023.
Users will earn raffle tickets based on the minimum spend and prize table below using the following use-cases:

     a. Scan to pay
     b. Online webpay
     c. Bills pay for the below categories:
          i. Electricity
          ii. Water utilities
          iii. Telecoms
          iv. Cable/Internet
          v. Transportation
          vi. Government
     d. GLife
     e. GInsure

Eligible customers may continuously earn raffle tickets from multiple purchases as long as they are within the raffle period and they meet the criteria below:

There will be a raffle draw on December 6, 2023 and January 8, 2024 to draw the winners for the prizes as specified in the table below. The raffle draw will be held in the GCash office with the online presence of a DTI representative.
A customer may only win once in a minor raffle draw. However, all raffle tickets earned during the promo period will be eligible for the grand prize draw (Car, motorcycle, washing machine).

Prize winners will receive communications from GCash containing instructions on how to claim prizes.
Tax (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00) shall be shouldered by GCash.
Prize winners will receive communications via registered email and/or SMS via their registered phone number from GCash containing instructions on how to claim prizes.
Winners of the motorcycles and the car must be willing to pick up the vehicles or appliances in Metro Manila.
Voucher prizes are non-transferable but non-convertible to cash. Grand prizes are non-convertible to cash but transferable.
Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from receipt of registered notice or it will be forfeited in favor of GCash/GCredit with prior approval of DTI.
By joining the raffle, you agree to allow GCash to announce your name on social media platforms if you win the raffle. If you do not agree, please raise a ticket with the GCash Helpdesk so that you may be removed from the raffle draw.
GCash & CIMB Bank reserves the right and has the authority to deny rewards for incorrect user data, fraudulent transactions, infringement on the terms of use, or other illegal actions as mandated by Philippine law.

Customers who spend using GCredit during the promo period can earn raffle tickets for the raffle draw. Customers need to spend a minimum amount to earn a raffle ticket. The minimum spend, prizes, and schedule of raffle draw as specified in the table above.

Eligible users can avail of the promo by following 3 easy steps:

Use GCredit when you spend. You will earn a raffle ticket based on the single-receipt amount.
On the raffle draw date, the GCash team will conduct the raffle draw in the presence of a DTI evaluator.
Prize winners will be notified via official GCash communication channels.

The promo period is from November 1, 2023 until December 31, 2023.

GCredit vouchers will be credited to your GCash voucher pocket within 10-15 days from the raffle draw. Winners of the appliances, motorcycle, and car will receive instructions from GCash via email on how to claim your prize. Winners must be willing to pick-up the prize in Metro Manila.

Eligible users will receive an SMS from us once your voucher has been credited to your GCash voucher pocket.

Any person or entity professionally connected with the promotion; and any person prohibited from participating in the Promotion under any statute, law, regulation, ordinance, rule, directive, guideline, policy, requirement, or other governmental restriction or any similar form of decision, or determination by, or any interpretation or administration of any of the foregoing by the Philippines or any instrumentality thereof.

Users who engage in this or any form of promo abuse will be barred from future promotional activities.

Your GCash voucher will be credited to your GCash voucher pocket within fifteen (15) business days after the transaction! If you still haven’t received your GCash voucher 15 days after your transaction, please go to help.gcash.com and submit a ticket.
