GFunds ATRAM Raffle Promo

Open to all new and existing GCash users.
Promo period is from March 4 - May 19, 2024.
Only fully verified GCash accounts are eligible for this promo.
A user must perform any of the following during promo period:
1. For every P100 subscription, user is entitled to receive one (1) e-raffle ticket
2. For every P2000 subscription accumulated using auto-invest, entries are doubled, i.e.
  1. 20 original entries are doubled to 40 entries
  2. 40 entries (P4000 accumulated through auto-invest) will double into 80 entries
Participants are only eligible to join when they subscribe to any of the following funds:
1. ATRAM Peso Money Market Fund
2. ATRAM Total Return Peso Bond Fund
3. ATRAM Philippine Equity Smart Index Fund
4. ATRAM Global Technology Feeder Fund
5. ATRAM Global Consumer Trends Feeder Fund
6. ATRAM Global Equity Opportunity Feeder Fund
7. ATRAM Global Health Care Feeder Fund
8. ATRAM Global Infra Equity Feeder Fund
9. ATRAM Philippine Sustainable Development and Growth Fund
The raffle tickets are non-transferrable.

Eligible contestants will be informed by ATRAM of their current number of raffle entries on a regular basis through their chosen communication channel. They will also be responsible for reminding the users to abide by the 90-day holding period.
The prizes are non-transferrable.
Participants must maintain their investment for at least 90 calendar days after the promo ends. Any sale of the funds within the 90-day period will result in the forfeiture of prizes.
The winners will receive their winnings on their GCash wallet after 90 business days after promo ends.
The winner's will be announced on
1. ATRAM’s Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/atrassetmanagement).
2. ATRAM will announce the winners on the following days at 3 PM

  2. Week 2 - March 24
  3. Week 3 - March 31
  4. Week 4 - April 7
  5. Week 5 - April 14
  6. Week 6 - April 21
  7. Week 7 - April 28
  8. Week 8 - May 5

  11. Week 11 - May 26
Participants who have been blacklisted on GCash or have suspended GCash accounts will be disqualified from this promo.
Failure to comply with any of the requirements will have the winners forfeit their winnings
ATRAM and GCash reserves the right and has the authority to deny rewards for any promo abuse, fraudulent activity,infringement on the terms of use, or other illegal actions as mandated by Philippine law.

SEEDBOX will generate a list of users that fit the following criteria: all KYC-verified GFund users that have subscribed to any ATRAM fund worth at least P100 from the promo period that haven’t had their accounts blacklisted or otherwise suspended.
Before the draw, an internal check will be conducted to filter out all GCash and ATRAM employees and users who are related to a GCash or ATRAM employee up to the 2nd degree from the list of participants.
SEEDBOX will send over the eligible contestants to ATRAM for the drawing of prize winners.
During the draw, ATRAM/SEEDBOX will assign each entry a unique entry number which will be used as a reference to draw using a random number generator. The list will have buffer winners in case of forfeiture.
Prior to the announcement of the winners with the prizes, ATRAM will share the initial list of winners – subject to final screening by the Fraud and Detection Team.
The raffle prize will be credited to the winners’ GCash wallet within 90 business days. SEEDBOX will send over an LOI (format provided) in order to process wallet crediting.
SEEDBOX will credit the redemption wallet of the prize winnings.
